We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented candidate with a Civil Engineering background who can handle site supervision, project coordination, and operational activities while ensuring smooth project execution. Roles & Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day site supervision and operational activities. Read and interpret engineering/civil drawings for execution purposes. Coordinate with project teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and ensure work execution as per drawings and timelines. Coordinate manpower and material requirements at site. Maintain project reports and documentation. Track and resolve site issues for seamless project execution. Ensure quality standards and project requirements are maintained. Required Skills: Drawing reading and interpretation Project coordination Site supervision Civil engineering knowledge MS Excel and AutoCAD knowledge Communication and stakeholder management Documentation and reporting skills Candidate Profile: B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory) Freshers or candidates with 1-7 years of experience can apply Site operations/project coordination experience preferred Strong coordination and execution skills Willingness to travel within the Pune Zone if required
