About the role
As a Technical Sr Data Support Analyst at Cepoch, a US-based technology and AI solutions company, your role will involve supporting enterprise clients by conducting data investigation, troubleshooting, and providing analytics support. Key Responsibilities: - Write SQL and SOQL queries to investigate data issues and Salesforce tickets - Troubleshoot Tableau dashboard, refresh, and reporting issues - Perform data validation and approved data corrections - Manage and resolve service tickets - Work with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing tools Qualifications Required: - 45 years of experience in Data Support, Data Operations, or Analytics - Strong hands-on SQL and SOQL expertise - Tableau troubleshooting experience - Salesforce data and security knowledge - Excellent written English communication skills - Experience supporting US clients is preferred In this role, you will utilize your expertise in SQL, SOQL, Tableau, and data operations to provide valuable support to enterprise clients. Your ability to troubleshoot data issues and work effectively with various ticketing tools will be essential in ensuring smooth data operations for the clients. Please note that this is not just a SQL role, as expertise in SOQL (SQL for Salesforce) is a must for this position. The work location for this role can be in Hyderabad, Mohali, or Vizag, with a hybrid remote setup available in Hyderabad, Telangana.
