Role FICO Blaze Developer 2 Required Technical Skill Set Fico Blaze 3 No of Requirements 2 4 RGS ID 10854095 & 10854096 4 Desired Experience Range 6+ Years, 4 years in Fico Blaze 5 Location of Requirement Bangalore, Chennai Hyd, Kolkatta (Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have Role Summary We are seeking a skilled FICO Blaze Developer with strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing business rule management solutions using FICO Blaze Advisor. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to build scalable rule-based applications supporting critical business processes. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, test, and deploy business rules using FICO Blaze Advisor. • Create and maintain Business Object Models (BOM), Rule Flows, Decision Tables, Decision Trees, and Score Models. • Translate business requirements into rule-based solutions using Structured Rule Language (SRL). • Perform rule harvesting, analysis, rule authoring, and rule orchestration. • Integrate Blaze rules with Java-based enterprise applications. • Conduct unit, functional, and performance testing of business rules. • Troubleshoot production issues and provide application support. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams. • Prepare technical documentation and support release/deployment activities. • Mentor junior team members and participate in design reviews. • Strong experience with FICO Blaze Advisor (6.x/7.x versions).• Good-to-Have Good to Have • Insurance, Banking, Financial Services, or Lending domain experience. • Exposure to FICO Decision Management Suite (DMS). • Experience with Actuate/Crystal Reports. • Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture. • SAFe Agile certification or Agile project experience Background • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
