UX Director

As a UX Design Leader in our team, you will play a crucial role in leading experience strategy and partnering with design to develop customer and partner insights, heuristic and competitive experience analysis, and performance optimization strategies. You will also be responsible for building relationships with leaders and partners to shape our overall strategy/plans. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to build and inspire a User Experience team, setting clear objectives while balancing short-term development with long-term career growth. Being an active member of our global creative leadership team, you will help create the wider team's vision, culture, and goals. Promoting best practices to partners to support the strategic priorities of Search will also be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead experience strategy and partner with design to develop insights and optimization strategies - Build relationships with leaders and partners to shape overall strategy/plans - Build and inspire a User Experience team - Be an active member of the global creative leadership team - Promote best practices to partners to support strategic priorities Qualifications Required: - Must have 10 years of experience in UX / Experience Design with exposure to leading large-scale design projects and teams - Hands-on experience across the end-to-end UX lifecycle - Strong expertise in user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions - Strong understanding of UX methodologies such as Design Thinking, Agile, Lean UX, and Design Sprints - Experience in designing complex user journeys, interactions, and scalable digital experiences - Experience leading and mentoring UX teams, building team capabilities, and driving design quality - Current designation must be Lead or above (For Top Product companies) - Strong experience in client/stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and leading design workshops - Must have a strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking, research-backed design, and complex problem-solving - Design Graduate from Tier-1 colleges (IIT, NID, NIFT, BITS etc) - Experience in product-based companies (B2C highly preferred) In summary, as a UX Design Leader, you will be responsible for leading experience strategy, building relationships, inspiring a team, and promoting best practices to support strategic priorities.
