Product Specialist (Consultant)

Responsible for providing first‑line functional support to ERP system (CGI Egeria) users in the financial and accounting area, delivered in Polish for Polish‑speaking users. The role includes analyzing incoming tickets, identifying root causes, explaining processes and system functionalities, and proposing solutions aligned with accounting principles. Supports users in daily operations, ensures data accuracy, and helps maintain smooth execution of financial processes within the system. Job responsibilities: • Providing substantive and technical support to clients in the finance and accounting area. • Ongoing support and training for ERP system users. • Testing and participating in the development of ERP-class software. • Analyzing client needs and reconfiguring the system according to client requirements and needs. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: • Knowledge of business processes carried out in companies within the finance and accounting area. • Substantive knowledge of accounting, including familiarity with regulations in this area. • Experience working with ERP-class IT systems (e.g. ERP Egeria). • Strong communication skills and customer-oriented approach. • Ability to work in a team. • Higher education degree in economics or a related field.
