Job Title: Support Analyst- Sr. Support Analyst / Lead Position: Support Analyst- Sr. Support Analyst / Lead Experience: 2.1-5 years Category: IT Infrastructure Main location: Mumbai Position ID: J0726-1477 Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities 1. Responsible to drive / contribute to global projects; gain in experience and knowledge at a Technical level and functional level in Core banking. 2. Contribute to Issue resolution, RCAs, Process improvements 3. Pro-active status reporting with Leads. 4. Strong Ownership of assigned tasks to closure. 5. To ensure all activities carried-out and solutions proposed, planned and delivered are compliant with policy guidelines specified by BNPP Paribas group globally 6. Gather project requirement and prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD) and other functional documents as per requirements. 7. Provide linkage between the client’s business and technical tasks regarding the requirements throughout the development life cycle. 8. Provide maintenance and support towards resolving issues, bugs etc on products put on production. 9. Resolve and provide functional support for adhoc queries from users. Contributing Responsibilities 1. Contribute To Knowledge Repositories. 2. Prepare reusable templates for faster delivery. Technical & Behavioral Competencies • Good Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL • Good Knowledge of UNIX is must. • Basic knowledge on Core banking domain • Expected to have Good Knowledge of Autosys. • Knowledge & Understanding of Business Objects 4.2 will be added advantage. • Excellent Communication Skills • Ability to present and explain complex technology scenarios and concept • Ability to work as part of a geographically distributed team having members of diverse cultures • Self-driven and independent, with good initiative • Focus on value creation.
