About the role
Provide technical support to end-user customers, sales engineers, and marketing partners Instruct VERICUT training classes Travel to and conduct on-site training and consulting at customer sites Assist end-users in maximizing benefits and implementation of VERICUT software Log and track software change requests QUALIFICATIONS Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Motivated self-starter Team-player Enjoys traveling Practical working experience in NC programming CAD/CAM experience and knowledge Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and MS Office applications Good communication skills In addition to the above, the following qualifications are desirable but not required: Recent experience with VERICUT, and with building Virtual Machine Configuration Familiar with multiple types of CNC machine tool Practical working CAD/CAM experience with emphasis on CAM expertise in CATIA, NX, and/or Pro/Engineer BS in Mechanical Engineering or related field
