About the role
As a Product Director at JPMorgan Chase's Business Banking division within Consumer and Community Banking, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and creating customer-centric solutions. Your strategic vision and leadership will inspire cross-functional teams to develop groundbreaking products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a regional leader to promote organizational values and collaborate with local site leaders - Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, risk management, and business growth targets - Lead the entire product life cycle by adapting, developing new products, managing risks, and achieving business targets - Coach and mentor the product team on best practices in solution generation, market research, prototyping, and product delivery - Own product performance and invest in enhancements to achieve business objectives - Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for product differentiation - Solve technical and customer problems by defining the problem and understanding relevant technologies - Drive change through influence and collaboration across a matrix organization Qualifications Required: - 8 years of experience in delivering products, projects, and technology applications - Experience managing technical platforms and/or data-focused capabilities - Strong understanding of technologies such as API, Microservices, Cassandra, Kafka, AWS, etc. - Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with engineers and technical partners - Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics - Proven ability to influence key product life cycle activities and drive change within organizations - Exceptional written and presentation skills The preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills include being a recognized thought leader, having team skills to drive complex projects, translating data into actionable insights, cost-efficient solution building, business acumen, and technical understanding relevant to the industry.
