University graduate in Information Technology , Computer Science, or related discipline
2 years’ relevant working experience in production system support, and issue management
Strong Knowledge of MS SQL Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, work with schedules / resources while remaining focused on team goals Technical experience using relational database, web services, workflow system, intranet portals, Net programming is an advantage
Self-motivated, responsible, and willing to learn
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Fluent in Cantonese and English.
