AI Agent Engineer

Qualifications Required: - Experience in building software that runs in production, with expertise in AI agent systems. - Track record of shipping agentic products that are used by real users. - Strong knowledge of current AI frontier, model providers, orchestration patterns, and evaluation frameworks. - Proficiency in Python and familiarity with related technologies such as vector stores and observability tooling. - Ability to think in systems and map workflows effectively, anticipating future model upgrades. - Self-directed and able to make decisions in a rapidly evolving environment. - Passion for the impact of AI technology on real-world outcomes, such as helping students make better university decisions. - Alignment with Manifest's vision and goal of building transformative AI agents to enhance the company's offerings.
