As an ERP Implementation Lead, your role will involve: - Leading ERP implementation from requirement gathering to go-live and stabilization. - Working closely with stakeholders to define business requirements across various functions such as Production, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, and Finance. - Ensuring ERP is configured to reflect real operational workflows. Your key responsibilities will include: - Mapping existing business processes across plants and identifying gaps. - Standardizing and optimizing processes before ERP deployment. - Driving alignment across multiple plants and product lines. - Coordinating with ERP vendors, consultants, and internal teams. - Acting as the bridge between technical teams and business users. - Ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are adhered to. - Overseeing data migration, system configuration, and testing (UAT). - Identifying and proactively resolving implementation bottlenecks. - Ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations during rollout. - Driving user adoption across plants and departments. - Conducting training sessions for end-users. - Building SOPs, user manuals, and documentation. - Monitoring system performance post-implementation. - Resolving issues and ensuring a smooth transition to a steady state. - Continuously improving system usage and efficiency. Your key skills and competencies should include: - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (BOM, production planning, inventory, supply chain). - Proven experience in ERP implementation (not just usage/support). - Strong project management and execution capability. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders. - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity. - Strong communication and influencing skills. Qualifications required: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT. - 5-7 years of relevant experience in ERP implementation. - Prior experience in a manufacturing organization is mandatory. - Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.
