In this role at Cint, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day affairs for the L2 engineering team. Your key responsibilities will include: - Investigating bugs and incidents to ensure smooth operation of the product. - Maintaining product and team quality to meet high standards. - Collaborating with other teams such as CX, R&D, Product, and Engineering for seamless workflow. - Conducting API and UI testing before GA and feature releases to ensure a flawless user experience. - Creating and updating technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing. - Following standard processes and SLA guidelines to maintain efficiency. - Demonstrating understanding of AI and Prompt Engineering to contribute effectively. - Providing on-call support during weekends, holidays, and non-business hours as required. Qualifications required for this role include: - 3+ years of customer service experience. - Tenure as a Sr. Support team member. - Strong troubleshooting skills. - Ability to multi-task, re-prioritize cases, and work under various constraints. - Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal skills, customer orientation, team interaction, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills. - Customer service skills including call de-escalation techniques and commitment to quality service. - Self-motivated with the ability to work both within a team and independently. - Quick problem identification and effective action-taking skills. - Adaptability to shifting priorities and challenges. - Knowledge of Tech tools like Postman/Bruno, SQL, Python, Jira, OpenSearch, Power BI, etc. At Cint, collaboration is considered a superpower, success is achieved through teamwork, and innovation is in our blood.
