Role & responsibilities Amanora Mall Management Job Description Project Engineer (Hospitality Interior Fit-Out) Position: Project Engineer (2 Positions) Salary: 30,000 – 35,000 per month Industry: Interior Fit-Out / Hospitality Projects Job Summary We are looking for experienced Project Engineers to manage and execute hospitality interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of interior execution, site coordination, and proficiency in AutoCAD. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day site execution of hospitality interior fit-out projects. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and the internal design team. Interpret architectural and interior drawings and ensure accurate execution. Prepare and review AutoCAD drawings, shop drawings, and site modifications. Monitor project schedules, quality, safety, and material requirements. Conduct site inspections and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications. Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Resolve technical issues at site and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely completion. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Requirements Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in hospitality interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of interior finishing works, site execution, and project coordination. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under project deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in hotel, restaurant, or commercial interior fit-out projects. Knowledge of BOQ, material planning, and vendor coordination. Familiarity with MS Office and project reporting tools. Open Positions: 2 Salary Range: 30,000 – 35,000 per month (based on experience and skills) Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality interior fit-out projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Knowledge of hospitality interior execution, finishing works, site coordination, and project management. Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, and MEP drawings. Familiarity with BOQ preparation, material planning, billing, and vendor management is an added advantage. Good communication, interpersonal, and team coordination skills. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and quality. Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
