Senior Engineer

Position Sr. Quality Engineer -Civil Engineer Experience - 3-6 years Dept QA/QC Gender - Male job location - Hadapsar Pune Edu - Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Salary - Best in industry Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance & Control: Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures, ensuring construction complies with approved drawings, IS codes, and safety standards. Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of civil works (reinforcement, shuttering, concreting) and finishing works (plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting). Material Testing: Verify quality of incoming materials (cement, steel, blocks) and coordinate with labs for testing. Documentation: Prepare and maintain Inspection and Test Plans (ITP), Checklists, and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Maintain all Documents as per ISO Standards. Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and contractors to rectify defects. Process Improvement: Identify recurring issues and implement improvements to elevate overall project quality. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related field . • Experience: 3-5 years in quality control within real estate, specifically in high-rise or residential/commercial projects. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction methods, RCC structure, and finishing works. Tools & Codes: Familiarity with IS codes, quality testing procedures, and ERP software. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and team management abilities. Preferred Candidate Profile Experience in high-rise building projects.
