Role & responsibilities 3-10 years of experience implementing or supporting source-to-pay solutions, including Ivalua Experience supporting catalog content management, strategic sourcing, contract management, purchasing, and invoice-to-payment processes Experience conducting kick-off sessions and requirement-gathering workshops with business and project stakeholders Experience mapping business processes into solution workflows within Ivalua, Coupa, or SAP Ariba Experience supporting at least 3 implementation projects on current or recent versions of a source-to-pay platform Experience configuring or supporting digital procurement solutions across business and technical workstreams Bachelor of Engineering (BE), Bachelor of Technology (BTech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), Master of Technology (MTech), or equivalent from an accredited university Preferred: Experience authoring functional specification documents and technical design documents Experience configuring Ivalua modules for sourcing, supplier management, contract lifecycle management, procurement, invoicing, or spend analysis Experience supporting low-code or workflow-based configuration within the Ivalua platform Experience building or supporting integrations using REST, SOAP, or file-based interfaces with enterprise resource planning systems Experience supporting system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, hypercare, or release planning activities Experience supporting direct spend, taxonomy management, approval workflows, or buying channel design
