About the role
Role Overview: As a part of the HR MI & Analytics team, your role will involve designing, developing, and delivering quantitative and qualitative management information to various global groups within and outside HR. The metrics you produce will cater to both global and regional audiences, supporting the firm's strategic objectives with data-driven insights. Key Responsibilities: - Support the regions Communities of Expertise and senior stakeholders by providing detailed HR analysis and reporting, including FTE and headcount data, People Survey, pulse surveys, attrition, capacity, and People scorecards. - Build predictive models and develop advanced algorithms to extract and classify information from large datasets. - Produce/enhance monthly management packs with value-added analysis to help stakeholders identify trends and focus on key areas. - Devise ad-hoc metrics and analysis to support HR strategic initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert. - Collaborate with the team to solve complex business problems using advanced data analytics and reporting. - Use data to develop statistical models for understanding business opportunities and areas for improvement. - Ensure data and report quality, promote standard definitions of HR data and metrics, and establish relationships with counterparts at different levels. - Uphold data integrity, expand knowledge on workforce metrics, and ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. - Support HR data and reporting requests, provide benchmarks and historical data, and assist with analytics-related projects. - Participate in proposing and implementing solutions to make HR reporting processes more efficient and effective. - Automate standard reports, design user-friendly templates, and manage data visualization and dashboard development activities. - Gather data from various HR systems, create standard and ad hoc HR reports, analyse HR data, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and define, track, and report on key HR metrics. - Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other HR functions to understand reporting needs and provide actionable insights, while working closely with IT and HRIS teams to enhance reporting capabilities. Qualification Required: - Solid reporting experience in a similar role. - Analytical and highly numerate with excellent data handling and analytical skills. - Working knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting. - Awareness of Global & European data protection requirements (GDPR) and practices. - Knowledge of Excel, Workday Reporting, SQL, Power BI, Qualtrix, and Visier. - Knowledge of R programming, Python, Tableau, and other analytical tools is advantageous. - Knowledge of HR processes, HR technology applications, and professional experience in HR or supporting HR analytics. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a client-focused environment, and present to senior-level audiences. - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, manage workload effectively, and make sound decisions under pressure.
