About the role
Role Overview: As a part of the high performing HR MI & Analytics team, your primary responsibilities will involve designing, developing, and delivering quantitative and qualitative management information to various global groups within and outside HR. The metrics you produce will cater to both global and regional audiences, depending on the target group. Key Responsibilities: - Support regions, Communities of Expertise, and senior stakeholders by providing detailed and accurate HR analysis and reporting including FTE and headcount data, People Survey, pulse surveys, attrition, capacity, and People scorecards. - Develop predictive models from multiple data sources and create advanced algorithms to extract and classify information from large datasets. - Produce/enhance monthly management packs with value-added analysis to help stakeholders identify trends and focus areas. - Devise ad-hoc metrics and analysis to support HR strategic initiatives, acting as a subject matter expert. - Collaborate with the team to solve complex business problems using advanced data analytics and reporting. - Utilize data to develop tactical statistical models for understanding business opportunities and areas for improvement. - Establish strong relationships with counterparts at global, regional, and local levels to effectively collect, interpret, and compile data as required. - Ensure data integrity by identifying inconsistencies for operational owners to rectify, and promote the effective use of HR systems and data by advocating standard definitions of HR data and metrics. - Stay updated on workforce metrics to enhance the reporting output and ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines. - Support HR data and reporting requests by providing benchmarks, historical data, and responding to inquiries related to HR data. - Participate in proposing and implementing solutions to make HR reporting processes more efficient and effective, including automating standard reports and designing user-friendly templates for self-service. Qualifications Required: - Solid reporting experience in a similar role with excellent data handling and analytical skills. - Working knowledge of Workday and Workday reporting is essential. - Awareness of Global & European data protection requirements (GDPR) and practices. - Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Qualtrix & Visier; knowledge of R programming, Python, Tableau, and other analytical tools is advantageous. - Understanding of HR processes and HR technology applications, along with professional experience in HR or supporting HR analytics. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work in a client-focused environment, including presenting to senior-level audiences. - Ability to work effectively as part of a team, manage workload individually, make decisions, and solve problems under pressure.
