About the role
- Product manager /Owner Hyderabad : SCGP - Lead the strategic delivery for IB Securities Settlement, ensuring alignment to over strategic Securities needs. Drive Agile ceremonies, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable solutions across Operations trade life cycle , SBL activites , working in agile environments with strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management experience within working on UI/UX applications excellent SQL querying skills delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results) team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills strong active listening and communication skills to build networks and partnerships at all levels excellent written and verbal communication across different management levels working knowledge of trade flows and its interactions within the regulatory space experience with Exchange Traded Derivatives/Equity Products, lifecycle management and controls; familiarity with recent developments in financial regulation and banking Ideally experience as being a scrum master Total Experience > 10 Relevant Experience > 8 Mandatory skills experience with Exchange Traded Derivatives/Equity Products, lifecycle management and controls; familiarity with recent developments in financial regulation and banking , Agile workflow Desired skills Trade Life Cycle, Settlements, Inventory Management Domain (Industry) Investment Banking Work Location Hyderabad Vendor rate 10-11 K Background checK (Before onboarding / After onboarding) pre Mode of Interview- Telephonic/Face to Face/Video Interview F2F WFO / WFH / Hybrid Hybrid Shift Details (Time) EMEA
