About the role
As a SAP BASIS Consultant with strong AMS / Production Support experience, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Monitor and maintain SAP production systems - Handle incidents, tickets, and troubleshooting activities - Support transport management and system health checks - Work with cross-functional teams for issue resolution - Ensure SLA adherence in support operations Qualifications required for this role include: - SAP BASIS Administration - AMS / Production Support - SAP ECC / S4HANA - System Monitoring & Troubleshooting - Transport Management System (TMS) - Background Job Monitoring - Incident & Ticket Handling - Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools You should preferably have experience with: - HANA Database exposure - Linux/Unix knowledge If you are someone with 2-7 years of experience in SAP BASIS and are looking to join an enterprise support project, this role based in Hyderabad with a 247 rotational shift environment might be the right fit for you. Immediate to 30 days joiners are preferred.
