About the role
Responsibilities: Lead design, development, and maintenance of Oracle EBS R12 SCM technical solutions (Purchasing, Order Management, Inventory, iProcurement, ASCP). Architect and deliver RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows) using PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher. Collaborate with functional and business teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and code optimization. Support upgrades, patches, and system integrations. Required Skills: In-depth Oracle EBS R12 SCM technical expertise with mastery of Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory Management flows. Advanced PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow, XML Publisher, APIs. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills. Ability to mentor junior developers and review technical deliverables.
