Business Analyst

As an Authentication Services Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in implementing new API and Identity & Access solutions, including Two Factor Authentication and/or Passwordless Login. Your primary responsibilities will involve working through requirements analysis, validation, and verification to ensure completeness, consistency, and feasibility of requirement statements. Your proficiency in Microsoft Entra and Azure Directory Services will be beneficial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Elicit requirements through various methods such as interviews, document analysis, surveys, and business process descriptions - Analyze and transfer project business requirements to the development team - Develop wireframes, workflow diagrams, use case diagrams, and other analysis-type documentation - Create test scenarios, test cases, and conduct testing activities to assess system implementations - Review and prepare system documentation and specifications in line with methodology - Prioritize requirements based on business value - Manage requirements traceability information and track requirements status throughout the project - Assist in enforcing project deadlines, schedules, and methodologies - Prepare end-user training and process documents for stakeholders - Work on multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent - 10 years of experience in the field - Experience with new API and Identity & Access solutions implementation - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - CISM and CISSP certification preferred - Strong presentation skills with proficiency in English - Ability to deliver difficult messages to stakeholders in a composed manner The company values your attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in an ever-changing work environment.
