Business Analyst - English Speaker

As an Authentication Services Business Analyst, you will be responsible for the following: Role Overview: You will work through requirements analysis, validation, and verification to ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable. Your responsibilities will include eliciting requirements using various methods, such as interviews, document analysis, surveys, and business process descriptions. Additionally, you will be developing wireframes, workflow diagrams, and other analysis-type documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Experience with implementing new API and Identity & Access solutions, including Two Factor Authentication and/or Passwordless Login. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a troubleshooting mindset. - Develop test scenarios and test cases, and conduct testing activities necessary to assess the quality and completion of system implementations. - Facilitate requirements prioritization based on business value. - Prepare end-user training and process documents for stakeholders. - Multitasking and working on different projects simultaneously. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or its equivalent. - CISM and CISSP certification preferred. Other relevant security certifications will be considered. - Strong presentation skills with an excellent standard of English. - Must be process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through, including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment. This role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation abilities, and diplomacy in sensitive situations across diverse cultures. Understanding of audit and compliance requirements applicable in a compliance industry is necessary. You should be articulate and composed when delivering difficult messages to stakeholders. You will be working closely with end-users of security technology functionality across the bank, Identity and Access, and other relevant Security Technology Services domain heads, as well as relevant operations team managers.
