As a PAM ARCON Administrator / Engineer with 3-8 years of experience, your role involves implementing, configuring, and administering the PAM solution from ARCON. You will be responsible for managing privileged accounts, service accounts, and administrative credentials across enterprise environments. Additionally, your key responsibilities include: - Configuring Password Vault, Credential Management, Session Monitoring, and Access Control policies. - Performing onboarding of servers, databases, network devices, applications, and privileged accounts into ARCON PAM. - Configuring and managing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). - Monitoring privileged user activities through session recording, audit logs, and reporting. - Implementing Just-in-Time (JIT) access and least-privilege controls. - Integrating ARCON PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, SIEM tools, ticketing systems, and cloud platforms. - Troubleshooting PAM-related issues and providing L2/L3 support. - Ensuring compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards. To excel in this role, you should have hands-on experience with ARCON PAM administration and implementation, knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts, and experience with Windows Server & Linux Administration, Active Directory / LDAP, SSH, RDP, Database Access Management, MFA, SSO, RBAC, Password Vaulting & Credential Rotation, Session Monitoring, and Audit Management. An understanding of Cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) concepts is essential, along with experience in cloud environments such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. Preferred certifications for this position include PAM / Cybersecurity Certifications, IAM Certifications, and Microsoft Azure or AWS Certifications.
