Job Summary We are looking for a Proxy & Zscaler Administrator with 4+ years of experience in managing secure web gateways, proxy solutions, and network security technologies. The candidate will be responsible for administering, troubleshooting, and optimizing Zscaler environments while ensuring secure internet access and compliance with organizational security policies. Key Responsibilities Manage and support Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and related security services. Configure and maintain web proxy policies, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and access controls. Troubleshoot internet access, proxy authentication, and connectivity issues. Monitor security events and investigate web traffic anomalies. Implement and maintain security policies based on business requirements. Support deployment and management of Zscaler Client Connector. Analyze logs and generate reports for security and compliance audits. Collaborate with network, security, and endpoint teams for issue resolution. Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management. Participate in change management activities and security projects. Required Skills 4+ years of experience in Proxy Administration and Network Security. Hands-on experience with Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA). Knowledge of web proxy concepts, PAC files, SSL inspection, and authentication methods. Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, VPN, and networking fundamentals. Experience with log analysis and troubleshooting tools. Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes. Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira. Basic knowledge of firewall and security technologies. Preferred Skills Experience with Zscaler Private Access (ZPA). Knowledge of cloud security and Zero Trust architecture. Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting).
