About the role
Role & responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead Six Sigma projects from initiation to completion, including project scoping, team formation, data collection, analysis, and implementation of improvement solutions. Process Analysis: Utilize Six Sigma tools and techniques (e.g., DMAIC, DFSS) to identify and analyze process defects and root causes. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and measure project outcomes. Team Mentoring: Coach and mentor team members in Six Sigma methodologies and problem-solving techniques. Change Management: Facilitate organizational change and overcome resistance to change. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. Knowledge Sharing: Share Six Sigma knowledge and best practices with other team members and departments. Process Improvement: Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and defects, leading to improved quality and productivity. Cost Reduction: Reduce costs by minimizing waste and rework. Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, which can lead to increased employee engagement and satisfaction. Promote Lean Culture: Promote a lean culture within the organization through training Six Sigma Green Belts using tools such as Seven Quality Tools, lean management principles and using data for managing operations effectively. Preferred candidate profile - Six Sigma Black Belt certified from a recognized organization. - 1012 years of experience, preferably with an Engineering background. - Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma, Process Excellence, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. - Hands-on expertise in DMAIC, DFSS, Root Cause Analysis, and Data Analytics. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and drive operational excellence. - Solid stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Experience in GBS, Shared Services, Manufactur .
