About the role
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C# and .NET/.NET Core. Build secure, high-performance REST APIs and Microservices. Write clean, maintainable, and productive code following best engineering practices. Collaborate with Product, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and other cross-functional teams. Optimize application performance, database queries, and system scalability. Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality. Troubleshoot production issues and implement reliable solutions. Contribute to system architecture, technical design, and engineering improvements. Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance (for Senior Engineers and Tech Leads). Drive ownership of features from design through deployment. Required Skills 38 years of experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience with C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core/.NET 6+. Solid understanding of REST APIs and Microservices Architecture. Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or MySQL. Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. Experience with Git and version control. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines. Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Valuable communication and collaboration skills. Good to Have Experience working on Product Development. Exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS or Azure). Experience with Docker and Kubernetes. Knowledge of message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Kafka. Experience in eCommerce, Logistics, FinTech, SaaS, or Marketplace platforms. Understanding of performance optimization and scalable distributed systems. For Senior Engineers & Technical Leads Candidates with 6+ years of experience should have: Experience leading technical initiatives and designing scalable systems. Ability to mentor developers and conduct code reviews. Experience in system architecture and technical decision-making. Ownership of end-to-end feature delivery. Robust stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code. Ability to thrive in a quick-paced Agile workplace. .
