About the role
Work Snapshot Type: Full-Time Commitment: 6 days per week; substantial overlap with Pacific Time (PT/PST) required What You'll Be Doing Investigate talent-reported issues end-to-end reproduce bugs, identify root causes, and distinguish between UX friction, model edge cases, and system defects Debug across a modern SaaS stack using telemetry, logs, network inspection, and database queries to understand production behavior Triage incoming issues with sound judgment escalate true engineering defects and resolve others via configuration, prompt refinement, or clear user guidance Surface systemic patterns and product risks to engineering and product leadership Create documentation and runbooks to reduce repeat issues and improve resolution speed Serve as a primary touchpoint for platform users, communicating with precision, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction What We're Looking For Strong experience in debugging and supporting modern web applications (React, Node, Next.js, Flask, or equivalent) Strong experience in working with LLMs, generative systems, or agent frameworks including understanding model outputs, failure modes, and feedback loops Strong experience in customer-facing technical support within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment Strong experience in written English communication at native proficiency level, with an ability to maintain a professional yet approachable tone Strong experience in exploring and evaluating the behavior of intelligent systems including prompt chains, chain-of-thought debugging, or agent-based architectures Familiarity with modern model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) or agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGPT, etc.) is a strong plus Compensation $25,000 $35,000 per year How To Apply Submit your application via the platform listing Complete a structured interview process Upload your resume for review
