Design Engineer – Structures & Frames The position requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the areas of Product Design & Development preferably with Semiconductor, Medical and/or Aerospace domain, uses best practices and knowledge to improve products and services, solves complex problems, and brings a new perspective using existing solutions. This role requires strong communication, in addition to being comfortable with working independently through ambiguities under minimal guidance, and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Key Responsibilities Technically lead and/or execute engineering projects, including development of key suppliers. Generate mechanical product specifications. May be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of custom mechanical tooling, fixturing, and associated processes to enable the handling, assembly and/or disassembly of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies throughout the product life cycle. Establishes standards across all operational processes Specify and review engineering documentation Our Ideal Candidate Experience of designs with  Development life cycle from concept design to manufacturing  GD&T  CAD (NX preferred)  CAE basics  Prototyping and design validation through testing  Structure, Frames and Chamber designs  Good hold on International Standards including SEMI  Integration of static and dynamic systems  Reliability testing  Manufacturing Methods  Innovation (new product introduction, invention discoveries, patents)  Technical Documentation (including presentations and specs development, feasibility studies)  Accuracy & Attention to Detail  Material Selection  DfX (Manufacturing, assembly, safety, ergonomics)  Project Management Education: BE/ B. Tech/ ME/ M. Tech with any Mechanical Engineering related specialization. Experience: Around 5 Years
