Mechanical Design Engineer EXP: 3-10 Years Location: Bangalore(WFO) Walk In Interview Skill set /Experience required Experience - 3+ Years • Work experience in SolidWorks is a must • Strong proficiency in designing 3D CAD models • Understanding of simulation and analysis • Thorough knowledge of tolerances, machine elements and manufacturing process/methods • Having knowledge about actuators and sensors is an added advantage • Knowledge of different mechanisms • Knowledge of kinematics with mathematical modeling • Hands-on experience at mechanical workshop is an added advantage Responsibilities • Translate requirements to technical specifications. • Ideate concepts for the requirement. • Design manufacturable 3D components and parts • Selection and procurement of components • Developing 2D drawings • Analysis of design • Static and dynamic payload based structural designs. • Record and evaluate testing data, altering designs as necessary to bring them to safety, performance and efficiency standards. • Calculate factors like tolerance, dimensions, and thermal and structural analysis. Education BE/BTech or higher
