Interior Trim CAD Engineer_CBS

Role: Junior/Senior Design Engineer/Lead Engineer (Passenger Car Exterior trims) Qualifications: BE/ME (Mechanical/Automotive) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 4 to 12 Years (Preferred- Bumpers systems, Rear Deck lids and Fenders) Tool: Catia V5/ UG-NX Skill Set: • Experience in design & development • Good exposure of product development lifecycle for Exterior trims • Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components • Very strong in Catia V5/ UG-NX CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting. • Good knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management. • Experience of working in CFT environment. • Very good in English communication (written and oral) • Adopt at using problem solving techniques, to resolve validation/assembly/manufacturing & interpersonal issues. Strong knowledge on design and development of Plastic, foam & trims, experience on frame is added advantage, Able to interact with customers and manufacturing suppliers to fulfil all the technical requirements on the project. Strong knowledge of regulatory standards for Seating FMVSS and ECE. Strong knowledge on manufacturing processes of injection moulded plastic components. Very strong in UGNX/Catia CAD software - part design, surfacing, assembly, drafting. Very strong track record of team handling. Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFS, DFMEA, DVP, 3D annotations, GD & T, tolerance stack-up, change management. Strong experience of working in CFT environment. Proactive and self-motivated, must be able to drive the project and meeting the project timelines. Very good in English communication (written and oral)
