Job Description: Monitors overall server health and Support application/product. Report incidents. Good Knowledge of Monitoring tools like Nagios, Grafana etc. Creating incident tickets or service request tickets, logging all pertinent Information. Flexible to work 24x7. General Qualifications: Degree educated in Information Technology BE/ B. Tech/MCA., preferred The candidate should have 1-3 years experience in handing server monitoring and systemhealth-check. Good knowledge of Linux (CentOS, Redhat etc.). Basic knowledge of Cloud infra like GCP, Azure and AWS. Good experience of Monitoring system like Nagios, Grafana, GCP monitoring and well-versedwith its checks and configuration options. Proactively report the issues to relevant stake holders. Experience of Infrastructure & Application Alert Monitoring Desired Characteristics Proactive and Highly motivated who can deliver independently while being a team player Excellent communication & learning skills .
