Role: Senior Support Engineer Exp: 3-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in a product or service provider environment. Location – Bangalore Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days Job Skills and Responsibilities 1. Scripting experience (Python and Shell) 2. Hands on experience in setting up and managing monitoring tools like Zabbix + Grafana / Nagios /Prometheus 3. Hands-on with DevOps tools like ansible/docker/Atlassian. 4. Linux background (Should be good at various commands and utilities) 5. AWS and Azure knowledge are a plus. 6. Knowledge in Jenkins Administration is a plus 7. Must have Debugging skills. 8. Self-driven, goal-oriented approach 9. Ability to work under pressure situations and stringent deadlines. 10. Skills to analyse requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
