About the role
Role Overview: You will be joining a globally distributed engineering team as a Freelance Automation AI Engineer, focusing on building scalable fintech and enterprise-grade platforms through automation engineering and AI-powered solutions. Your role will involve designing and developing intelligent automation frameworks, AI agents, RAG-based assistants, and engineering productivity tools to enhance development and validation efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, workflow, and system validation. - Build AI-assisted automation solutions using LLMs and agentic workflows. - Develop internal engineering productivity agents, copilots, and intelligent automation tools. - Create RAG-based knowledge assistants and workflow automation solutions. - Automate repetitive engineering, testing, and validation activities. - Develop evaluation frameworks to measure AI agent quality, reliability, performance, and hallucination mitigation. - Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows. - Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, and validation teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions. - Drive best practices in automation engineering, AI adoption, and software quality. Qualifications Required: - 59 years of experience in Automation Engineering, QA Automation, or Software Development. - Strong experience with Python and automation framework development. - Hands-on experience with API automation and testing. - Experience integrating automated solutions into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.). - Working knowledge of LLMs, Generative AI applications, and AI-powered automation. - Experience with AI agent frameworks, RAG architectures, or engineering copilots. - Strong understanding of software testing, system validation, and automation best practices. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
