Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Applications & Automation Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade solutions built on SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure services, C#, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business process automation, enterprise application development, Microsoft 365 governance, and cloud-based integrations. Key Responsibiliti esDesign and develop SharePoint Online applications, custom lists, workflows, and business solution s.Build and maintain enterprise collaboration and data management solutions using SharePoint Onlin e.Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions for business process automatio n.Create backend services, APIs, scheduled jobs, and automation utilities using C#/.NE T.Design and maintain SQL-based integrations, reporting feeds, and ETL processe s.Integrate Microsoft 365 solutions with Azure services and enterprise application s.Manage Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform environments, ensuring governance, security, and complianc e.Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize resource utilizatio n.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solution s.Ensure adherence to development standards, security best practices, and operational excellenc e. Required Ski llsStrong experience with SharePoint Online Development and Solution Architectu re.Hands-on expertise in Power Apps and Power Automa te.Strong C# / .NET development experience (APIs, services, console application s).Proficiency in SQL development, data integration, and database manageme nt.Experience with Azure services, integrations, and cloud-based automati on.Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, administration, and securi ty.Experience in workflow automation and enterprise application developme nt.Strong troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skil ls. Qualificat ionsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related fi eld.8+ years of experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Power Platform developm ent.Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale automation and business application soluti ons.Experience supporting production enterprise platforms and critical business applicati ons.
