Job Description :Senior QA Engineer Automation (5+ Years)Role OverviewWe are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with strong skills in automation testing (primarily API) and exposure to AI-based applications. The role involves working closely with engineering teams to ensure quality across AI-driven products. Key Responsibilities Design and execute test cases for API and UI layers Build and maintain automation frameworks (API-focused) Perform functional, regression, and integration testing Validate AI-driven features such as chatbot responses and workflows Work closely with developers to debug and resolve issues Contribute to CI/CD automation pipelines Ensure proper test data management and coverage Participate in QA processes Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in Software Testing / QA Strong hands-on experience in API Automationo Tools: Postman, RestAssured, PyTest, etc. Experience in UI Automation (Selenium / Playwright / Cypress) Good understanding of test case design and execution Experience with bug tracking tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.) Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines Strong analytical and debugging skills Good to Have Exposure to AI/ML or chatbot testing Understanding of:o Prompt-based systemso Conversational flows Basic knowledge of Python / Java Experience with performance or security testing Key Traits Strong ownership mindset Detail-oriented and proactive Good collaboration skills with cross-functional teams Note- Please apply via our official careers portal only, as applications sent directly to executives may not be considered.
