Coforge - SAP Delivery Director

Title : SAP Delivery Director. Location : Greater Noida. Work mode : Work from office. Years of Experience : 15-20 years. Immediate joiners preferred. We at Coforge are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Director to lead end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, AMS, and transformation engagements. The ideal candidate will ensure delivery against scope, timelines, budget, quality, and customer expectations while driving best practices and continuous improvement initiatives across projects. Responsibilities : 1. Delivery Governance & Program Execution : - Lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring adherence to delivery governance frameworks, timelines, and budget constraints. - Oversee the execution of SAP implementations, rollouts, and transformation initiatives. 2. Best Practices, Process Standardization & Quality Assurance : - Establish and enforce SAP delivery best practices, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes. - Implement defect management and release controls while promoting knowledge management and continuous improvement across projects. 3. Stakeholder & Escalation Management : - Engage with client leadership and business stakeholders, managing executive governance forums. - Proactively address risks, dependencies, escalations, and business priorities to ensure alignment and satisfaction. 4. Resource, Capability & Partner Management : - Build and lead high-performing SAP teams, including functional, technical, integration, and testing resources. - Drive capability development, certifications, and succession planning to enhance team performance. 5. Delivery Excellence & Business Growth : - Monitor and drive delivery KPIs, customer satisfaction, and productivity improvements. - Identify opportunities for automation and AI-led efficiencies while supporting presales, solutioning, renewals, and expansion within existing accounts. Mandatory Skills : - Experience in SAP Master Data Management (MDM). - Strong knowledge of SAP Finance modules. - Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP projects. Preferred Skills : - Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations. - Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. - 10-15 years of experience in SAP project management, with a focus on delivery management. - Relevant SAP certifications are a plus. .
