Job Title - Senior SAP Delivery Director Key Skills - SAP Delivery and Project Management, End to End Implementation, roll out & Transformation Engagements Experience - 15 - 20 years Location - Greater Noida We at Coforge are hiring a Senior SAP Delivery Director with following skillset: Lead and manage SAP projects, ensuring adherence to delivery governance frameworks, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.Oversee the successful execution of SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.Establish and enforce SAP delivery best practices, governance frameworks, and quality assurance processes.Implement effective defect management, release management, and change control processes while promoting continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across projects.Engage with client leadership and business stakeholders, facilitating executive governance forums and steering committee meetings.Proactively manage risks, dependencies, escalations, and business priorities to ensure successful project outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.Build, mentor, and lead high-performing SAP teams comprising functional, technical, integration, and testing resources.Drive capability development, certification programs, succession planning, and team growth initiatives.Monitor and improve delivery KPIs, customer satisfaction metrics, and overall project productivity.Identify opportunities to leverage automation and AI-driven efficiencies across SAP delivery engagements.Support pre-sales activities, solutioning efforts, renewals, and account expansion opportunities within existing client engagements. Mandatory Skills & Experience: 15 - 20 years of experience in SAP project and delivery management, with a strong focus on large-scale SAP programs.Proven experience managing complex SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and transformation engagements.Strong expertise in delivering large-scale SAP projects across multiple geographies and business functions.Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery methodologies.Experience with SAP Master Data Management (MDM) is an added advantage.Strong understanding of SAP Finance modules and related business processes.Demonstrated ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive governance across enterprise-scale initiatives.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.Relevant SAP certifications will be an added advantage. .
