About the role
Coforge is hiring for Deskside Technician candidates with below skillset :- Associates Degree or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience 2+ years prior deskside support experience Experience should be hands on support as opposed to phone support Experience with Desktop Break/Fix Experience with MS Windows 7-11 Experience with MAC OS Experience with office technology (MS Office 365, Web-based Applications, One Drive). Install, move, add, changes (IMAC), build, configuration, and software support Experience in large corporate technical support environment Experience with ticketing tools – ServiceNow Experience providing excellent Customer Service and face to face hardware support to customers
