About the role
Provide L2 production/application support for Java-based enterprise applications. Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues within defined SLAs. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for incidents and recurring production problems. Monitor application health, logs, and system performance. Debug Java applications to identify code-level and configuration-related issues. Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Coordinate with L3/Development teams for code fixes and deployments. Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities. Support production releases, deployment validation, and post-release monitoring. Create and maintain support documentation, KB articles, and SOPs.
