Job Title: Guidewire Policy Developer Skills: Guidewire, policy center, GOSU Experience: 5-12 Years Location: Hyderabad, Greater Noida & Pune We at Coforge are hiring for Guidewire Policy Developer Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize solutions in Guidewire Policy Center. Participate in end-to-end implementation, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment. Develop and configure Gosu-based business rules, UI components, workflows, and integrations. Work on PolicyCenter data model extensions and product model configuration. Collaborate with business analysts, QA, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Integrate Guidewire applications with external systems using Web Services (SOAP/REST). Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Support production issues and provide timely resolution. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality guidelines. Required Skills & Qualifications: 5–12 years of experience in Guidewire development. Strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter. Proficiency in Gosu programming language. Experience in Guidewire configuration (PCF, workflows, rules, product model). Knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, messaging). Familiarity with Java/J2EE technologies. Strong understanding of insurance domain (P&C preferred). Experience with SQL and relational databases. Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
