Java L3 Support Engineer

Position: Java L3 Support Engineer Experience: 5-12 yrs Location: Bangalore (WFO) KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Support and Maintenance Provide L3/L4 support for banking applications, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in both production and non-production environments.Collaborate with development teams to analyze and optimize existing systems for performance, scalability, and maintainability.Address critical incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurrence.Design and Development: Develop, test, and deploy enhancements, bug fixes, and new features for Java applications.Ensure the stability and reliability of applications through careful design and thorough testing.Testing: Conduct comprehensive unit, integration, and system tests to validate the quality and functionality of code changes.Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to ensure consistent quality across all deployments.Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and support staff.Lead the investigation of complex issues, coordinating efforts across teams to deliver effective solutions.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of software and support services.Engage with clients and business teams to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions.Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for system design, support procedures, incident resolutions, and development tasks .
