Java Technical Architect

As a Technical Lead Engineer with a strong backend focus, your role will involve driving the architecture, development, and implementation of highly scalable, cloud-native applications. You will need to have deep technical expertise in modern Java/Spring Boot and cloud architectures, with specialized experience in leveraging Generative AI models like Claude AI within enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical vision for backend services with a focus on robust and scalable integration of third-party AI APIs such as Terminal Anthropic and Claude. - Develop and implement strategies and tooling to proactively detect and mitigate AI hallucinations, ensuring the integrity and reliability of AI-generated content or decisions within the application flow. - Function as a "principal engineer" to rapidly design and implement production-ready solutions, driving implementation velocity across the team while maintaining Clean Architecture and SOLID principles. - Set and enforce high coding standards, conduct rigorous deep-dive code reviews, and provide expert guidance on concurrency, JVM tuning, and performance optimization. - Design, secure, and deploy high-availability solutions on AWS, championing Infrastructure as Code and DevSecOps practices. - Provide hands-on guidance and contribution to modern front-end stack development, focusing on integrating data-intensive APIs with Next.js and modern SPA architectures. - Define, enforce, and optimize advanced Git branching strategies to maximize team efficiency and maintain code quality. Qualifications Required: - Expert-level proficiency in Java 17/21 including advanced concurrency, threading models, and deep knowledge of JVM internals. - Expert knowledge of Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Security (JWT, session management), and developing distributed systems. - Mandatory Skill: Core Java. - Desirable Skills: AWS security and compliance, AWS architect, Java microservices, Java Spring Boot.
