The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in React Native, mobile architecture, team leadership, and modern development practices. You will work closely with product managers, UX designers, backend engineers, and stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and performant mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms. - Define and implement scalable mobile architecture, coding standards, and best practices. - Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers through code reviews, technical coaching, and career development. - Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Backend teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Drive technical decision-making, solution architecture, and technology adoption. - Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and user experience. - Integrate RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and third-party SDKs. - Ensure application security, reliability, and compliance with organizational standards. - Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management processes. - Monitor application health, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements. - Participate in sprint planning, estimation, technical design discussions, and stakeholder reviews. - Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, React Native ecosystem updates, and industry best practices.
