Job Title - Technical Lead Key Skills - Gen AI, Agentic AI, Python, Machine Learning, LLMs, NLP Experience - 6 - 14 Years Location - Pune, Hyderabad We at Coforge are seeking Technical Lead – Gen AI / Agentic AI with the following skill set: Key Responsibilities • Minimum 5+ years of experience in building scalable AI/ML solutions with strong exposure to Python. • Responsible for developing new AI-driven product features, enhancements, and driving technical innovations. • Design and develop Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and modern AI frameworks. • Build intelligent systems leveraging autonomous agents, multi-agent frameworks, and orchestration workflows. • Develop and optimize machine learning models and deep learning architectures for real-world use cases. • Implement end-to-end pipelines for data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. • Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Llama, etc.), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and embeddings-based solutions. • Design scalable RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architectures for enterprise applications. • Develop APIs and microservices to integrate AI models into enterprise platforms. • Optimize model performance, latency, and cost for production-grade deployments. • Work with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) for deploying and managing AI workloads. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and data teams. • Implement observability, monitoring, and continuous improvement of AI systems. • Ensure production stability with strong debugging, troubleshooting, and RCA skills. • Implement Responsible AI practices including model governance, bias mitigation, and evaluation frameworks. • Strong proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). • Experience with NLP techniques including text classification, summarization, and semantic search. • Hands-on experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.). • Experience with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD for ML pipelines. • Superior problem-solving skills and strong debugging capabilities. • Flexible and self-driven with a collaborative approach to problem solving.
