Job Title - Java FS Technical Lead Key Skills - Java, Springboot, Microservices, Cloud , Angular Experience - 5- 9 Years Location - Hyderabad We at Coforge are seeking Java FS Technical Lead with the following skill set: Key Responsibilities Minimum 5+ years experience building large-scale backend systems. End-to-end ownership of microservices from design to production. Cloud-Native Architecture & Modernization Lead migration from monolith/EC2 to scalable AWS EKS microservices. Modern Java Engineering Build high-performance REST services using Spring Boot 2.x/3.x. Drive Java upgrades (8/17/21), resolving module system and compatibility issues. DevOps, EKS & Platform Engineering Partner with DevOps on CI/CD, IaC, and container-first workflows. Optimize container images and resource configs. Implement observability: Prometheus/Grafana, CloudWatch, centralized logs, distributed tracing. Production Excellence & Operational Ownership Lead P1/P2 incident troubleshooting and RCA. Implement resilience patterns: circuit breakers, retries, bulkheads, fallbacks, idempotency. Improve reliability using chaos testing, fault injection, and reliability scorecards. Strong proficiency in Java 8+ (incl. Java 11/17/21). Must Have Skills: Java 8+ (incl.
