About the role
Job Summary: The Distinguished MTS will provide senior technical leadership for the Coherent OCS BU, bringing deep expertise in fiberoptic components, modules, optical circuit switching, system architecture, validation, and productization. This role will help advance OCS programs through technical studies, optical and electrical integration, failure analysis, reliability support, and scalable test strategy development. The Distinguished MTS will work closely with R&D, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customer-facing teams to accelerate technical decisions, improve performance, and support successful NPI and ramp to production.
