Colgate-Palmolive (India) Limited is hiring for the role of Analyst CBS Learning Systems! Responsibilities of the Candidate: Create and maintain learning items in the SuccessFactors LMS and other Colgate learning applications, including: Courses, classes, curricula, programs, assignment profiles, track registrations, captured learning records, and class closures Ensure all learner data and information in the SuccessFactors LMS and other Colgate learning applications complies with regulatory requirements and good documentation practices Serve as an escalation point for support issues from the HR team Troubleshoot technical issues related to SuccessFactors LMS and other Colgate learning applications Oversee and manage the training content deployment in LMS Test e-learning content on desktop (Chrome browser) and mobile devices (Android and iOS) Collaborate with GIT and People COE to evaluate, test, and implement new functionality in learning systems Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of experience with SuccessFactors LMS Bachelor's education, Master preferred English: fluent (speaking, reading, writing)
