About the role
Qualifications We Prefer Education & Experience: B.E. or B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering, full-time course, with 4 to 8 years of experience Electronics Fundamentals: Deep understanding of electronic components and circuit theory across a wide range of technologies. Technical Knowledge: Understanding of units, PCB assembly, and test process reviews, and access to maturity level metric Hands-on Experience: Practical expertise in handling of Test Equipments used in production testing like Oscilloscope, Power Analyzer, AC/DC power Supply, Function generators and including thermal and vibration testing Machines and frontend software used in these Machines. Exceptional problem-solving and debugging skill Analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot electronic hardware issues and complex system-level failures down to the component level and perform root-cause analysis over wide range of technologies Test Fixture Maintenance: Familiarity on electrical test fixture, Jigs , ATE validation or calibration and maintain and compliance with safety regulations. Strong Computer Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office like MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, Software Application, Device Driver installation and Configuration etc What He or /She Will Do- Roles and Responsibilities: Test Operations & Execution Lead daily production testing activities for aerospace and defense hardware and collaborate with the testing team to execute test plans. Troubleshoot complex system-level failures down to the component level. Manage Environmental Stress Screening (ESS), including thermal and vibration testing. Maintain and calibrate/Validation of Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and specialized test Equipments and test fixtures etc Test facility - Fixtures Development Design test fixtures, Automatic Test Equipment’s , interface test adapters, and specialized cabling. Optimize test process and Test set-ups to reduce cycle times while maintaining continuous improvement. Review Acceptance Test Procedures for First Article inspection parts and coordinate with Engineering team to execute changes amendments. Quality & Compliance Enforce strict compliance with standards like AS9100, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620 and Standards. Lead root cause analysis investigations using structured problem-solving methodologies CPS. Generate Conduct various tests on products to identify defects/ malfunctions /abnormalities and generate comprehensive test reports, failure analysis reports, and yield metrics for recurring issues. CFT Collaboration - Communicate findings to the testing team and other relevant stakeholders and seek suggestions /solutions. Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory quality audits.
