About The Opportunity A fast-scaling analytics-driven tech firm operating at the intersection of modern data warehousing and business intelligence, we enable enterprises to turn raw data into strategic decision engines. Our stack leverages Snowflake for scalable cloud data warehousing and dbt for agile, version-controlled data transformation—powering real-time dashboards, predictive KPIs, and self-serve analytics for global clients. We're hiring a BI Engineer who thrives on building clean, reliable, and maintainable data pipelines that drive executive and operational insights. Role & Responsibilities Design and develop scalable, modular data models in Snowflake using dbt—ensuring business logic is embedded, tested, and documented Build and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines that ingest, transform, and serve data to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into measurable metrics, dimensions, and data marts Own data quality: implement tests, monitor lineage, and automate alerting for pipeline failures or anomalies Maintain and evolve dbt projects: manage dependencies, refactor models, and adopt best practices for modular, reusable code Partner with data engineers and analysts to improve data accessibility, performance, and governance across the organization Skills & Qualifications Must-Have Snowflake dbt (data build tool) SQL (advanced) ETL/ELT pipeline design Business Intelligence tools (Tableau / Power BI / Looker) Data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema) Version control (Git) Preferred Experience with CI/CD for dbt projects Familiarity with data observability tools (Monte Carlo, Great Expectations) Exposure to Python for pipeline orchestration or automation Benefits & Culture Highlights Hybrid work model—flexibility to work from home or our vibrant office hubs across India Direct impact on high-visibility analytics initiatives for global enterprise clients Growth-focused environment with mentorship, certifications, and upskilling in modern cloud data stacks Skills: power bi,dbt,snowflake
