Role Overview: The Sales Analytics team within DataLabs collaborates closely with business channels to enhance campaigns and develop sales strategies by leveraging advanced analytics and insights. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for performing data analysis, developing predictive models, and generating data insights for sales channels. Additionally, you will work with channel teams to understand business requirements and identify opportunities for improvement through analytics. Your role will involve translating business problems into analytics problem statements, executing analytics projects from data analysis to model development, and ensuring implementation and tracking. Furthermore, you will be required to adhere to model governance guidelines and best practices, possess strong presentation skills, and mentor junior team members. Key Responsibilities: - Perform data analysis and develop predictive models/generate data insights for sales channels - Collaborate with channel teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities for enhancement through analytics - Translate business problems into analytics problem statements - Execute analytics projects from data analysis, feature engineering, model development through implementation & tracking - Follow model governance guidelines and best practices - Demonstrate strong presentation skills - Mentor Junior Team members Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or similar subjects - 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, and predictive modeling - Experience in executing data science and predictive modeling projects, preferably in financial services or sales and marketing - Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas) and SQL - Preferably experience with AWS ML ecosystem, including Athena and Sagemaker Role Overview: The Sales Analytics team within DataLabs collaborates closely with business channels to enhance campaigns and develop sales strategies by leveraging advanced analytics and insights.
